This means that students only wanting to do 2 subjects have to do a 3rd or they don't get the payment. The result is that they don't care about the 3rd subject and the classes get disrupted as a result.&lt;br&gt;

Trains urgently need more carriages and lower prices and even then only a fraction would be tempted out of their cars. It's only going to get worse too.&lt;br&gt;

Even when the will is there, it's just too difficult to create a fair system that works for everyone. I have a friend who is an NVQ assessor, although in a very different field to yours. He finds it to be a job requiring dedication, commitment and long hours. Is it the same for you?&lt;br&gt;
